Parsonally Speaking: "God loves you"

God created you for a special purpose. "All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be," David stated (Psalm 139:16). Paul wrote to the church at Ephesus: "Because of Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us from the beginning, and all things happen just as he decided long ago We are God's masterpiece, created anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago" (Ephesians 1:11; 2: 10).

God's love for you is so great that he reaches out even when you ignore him. "God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so very much, that even while we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead," said Paul (Ephesians 2:4-5). John wrote, "This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins" (1 John 4:9-10).
