Maxfield Parrish Prints at Everson in late April

Tickets go on Sale at Everson Website Today

Visitors to the Everson Museum of Art's website, www.everson.org, can now purchase advance tickets through a secure online ticketing system for the upcoming exhibition, "Fantasies and Fairy-Tales: Maxfield Parrish and the Art of the Print," on view April 29 -- July 11, 2010.

"We are thrilled to be offering the Syracuse community the opportunity to view the treasured works of Maxfield Parrish this summer," said Steven Kern, Everson Museum of Art Executive Director. "These whimsical works, based on fairy-tales and nursery rhymes, made Parrish a critical success in his own lifetime, and still delight audiences of all ages."

The Everson online ticketing system allows visitors to pre-order their tickets, and avoid lines at the ticket desk. Tickets ordered before April 15, 2010 will be mailed.

To purchase tickets to Maxfield Parrish, click the "tickets" button on the Everson's homepage. Ticket prices are as follows: FREE for Everson members; $10 for non-members; $8 for children under 18, college students (with ID), Military (with ID) and seniors (65+); and $30 for the family rate (includes two adults and four dependents). Children age five and under are free. A discount is available for group tours of 10 or more, and must be scheduled in advance.
