Why do you like to act?
Hunter: Acting is really fun. I really like it when people from the audience say, "Great job and you really made me laugh." It is nice when the audience is into the show and lets us know it by clapping or laughing.
Tristan: I love to make the audience laugh. I have always been comfortable performing in front of people, as soon as I learned to talk and walk, I began performing. I love playing different characters; it is fun to become someone else.
Danny: I enjoy comedy and physical roles. At school, I always enjoyed doing skits with my friends. I love the laughter and applause from the audience.
Is there an actor/actress who inspires you and why?
Hunter: Tim (Timothy Davis-Reed) who plays Ralph is a great actor. I have learned so much from him. He has been in movies and T.V. shows so I watch what he does and learn from him.
Tristan: Not really, I just love to act.
Danny: Will Ferrell and Jim Carrey because they are funny and can be so different in each role they take on.
What is it like working under director Seth Gordon?
Hunter: Seth is really fun - he gives important notes (items to work on) and he's a very good director.
Tristan: His directions were really easy to understand. He was patient with us and he made it fun.
Danny: I learned many new skills and I now appreciate how much work goes into putting on a professional production.
What have you learned from being part of this play?
Hunter: I have learned a lot of things most kids probably learn in acting school - how to project my voice to the back of the theater so everyone can hear me ... things like that.
