Free fitness workshops for kids at Gazella

Free Workshop Series - Toddlers, Youth & Teens from Aug. 25-Aug. 27 at Gazella Performance & Wellness Studio. This is a series of free workshops to introduce families to a new fall program dedicated to toddler, youth and teen participants.

Exercise physiologist, Debbie Bobbett and Reem Jishi, a triathlon coach has opened up a new performance and wellness studio on Jordan Road at the corner of Old Seneca Turnpike, in the town of Skaneateles.

For the past three years, Bobbett taught classes at the Presbyterian Church under her company Healthy Lifestyle Management. She always wanted a space of her own, and with the help and inspiration of her new business partner Reem, the two have developed 3986 Jordan Road into Gazella, which has allowed for Bobbett to expand her business and for other trainers to use the space for their clients.

The workshops will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 25 - Friday, Aug. 27:
