60-70 MEMBERS WILL FOLD OVER 10,400 SHIRTS IN 3 HOURS FOR THIS YEARS MAY 15TH EVENT!
On Saturday, April 24 at 10 a.m., 60-70 participating members of this year's Central New York "Susan G. Komen, Race For The Cure," will fold 10,400 shirts in just three hours in the "Dick's Sporting Goods Wing" of the Great Northern Mall, RT 31 in Clay.
This years "Race For The Cure" will be held on May 15, 2010 at the New York State Fairgrounds. The Central New York Goal is to raise $1 million dollars by May 15 and anticipation is that more than 10,000 people will at the fairgrounds on race day.
This is the 16th year for the "Race For The Cure" here in Central New York and last year, through both the "Race" locally and our national organization, $3.5 million dollars came back directly into the Central New York region.
