Flu shot schedule in syracuse

Seniors must bring their Medicare Part B or their Medicare Advantage program cards to the Clinic. Those covered by Medicare Part B or Medicare Advantage program the immunizations are billed to their insurance company at no cost to the individual. For those not covered Flu is $30 and Pneumonia is $55.

Anyone not belonging to Medicare Part B or Medicare Advantage program must pay for the vaccine at the clinic and will be given an Insurance form to submit to your Insurance carrier.

Reimbursement will come directly to you.

Sept. 28 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at St Michael's Church, W Seneca Trnpk., Onondaga Hill

Sept. 29 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Eastwood Senior Center, Midler Ave., Syracuse

Oct. 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.at St. Daniel's Church, Court St., Syracuse

Oct. 5 from noon to 1 p.m. at Ida Benderson Center, 205 S Salina St., Syracuse

Oct. 6 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at St. Patricks School, 206 N Lowell Ave., Syracuse

Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Blessed Sacrement Church, James Street, Syracuse

Oct. 9 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at St Theresa Church, 112 Lancaster Ave., Syracuse

Oct. 12 from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. atSt James Church, S. Salina St., Syracuse
