Morrisville State Police charged a Fayetteville woman with driving while intoxicated after investigating a property damage accident on SR-46, Town of Eaton on Sept. 6.

Investigation revealed Sandra J. Baker, 68, Fayetteville, was northbound on ST-46 when she failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of SR-20. Her vehicle exited the north shoulder of SR-20, striking a curb and knocking down a stop sign on Perkins Rd, where her vehicle came to rest, state police said.
