Francis T. Gardner, 34, of Genesee Street, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket Aug. 23 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 4 to answer a charge of allegedly violating the city park curfew.
Janet. L. Aley, 40, of Prospect Street, Oneida, was charged Aug. 23 with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket to appear Sept. 4. Aley is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Becs Place.
Jonathan M. Harp, 25, of East Walnut Street, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons Aug. 23 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 4 to answer a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Harp is alleged to have failed to provide adequate supervision to a child less than 3 years old.
Preston R. Patterson, 18, of Nichols Pond Road, Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket Aug. 24 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 4 to answer a charge of petit larceny. Patterson is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Price Chopper.
Melissa S. Eggleston, 17, of North Lake Street, Oneida, was arrested Aug. 24 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear as directed on a charge of harassment in the second degree. She was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $250.
Tabitha Lapage, 22, of Hurley Road, Brasher Falls, N.Y., was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failing to keep right, driving on the shoulder and unlicensed operation. She will appear Aug. 25 in Oneida City Court.
Amanda E. Coonrod, 26, of North Main Street, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons Aug. 25 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 4 to answer a charge of tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony. Coonrod is alleged to have intentionally grabbed to bottle of alcohol off a patrol vehicle hood after they were seized as evidence in an open container violation and threw them to the ground breaking the bottles.
