Also on Thursday night, Morrisville-Eaton went to double overtime with Sherburne-Earlville, but still lost to the Marauders 20-13.
Ben Thomas carried the Warriors much of the way. His 43-yard scoring pass to Shane Carroll got M-E on the board first, and though S-E answered with a touchdown, both defenses took over the rest of the half.
Thomas, who had 28 carries for 173 yards, took off on a 33-yard TD run in the third quarter to put M-E up 13-7, but missed the extra point. S-E tied it again on Ethan Johnson's two-yard plunge, set up by an interception. A missed Marauders conversion sent the game to overtime.
Neither side scored in the first OT, but going first in the second extra period, the Marauders scored on Chris Santiago's two-yard run, and M-E could not answer, seeing its record slip to 4-5.
