Why are you running?
I recently retired from a law enforcement career and I wanted to continue to work in public service and work for the community in which I live.
Why should voters elect you?
I have over 20 years experience and knowledge and application of laws, records' management and community service. I also feel that I have excellent organizational and communication skills and will strive to provide quality customer service to the residents of the town of Lysander.
How would you improve services offered to Lysander residents?
I am considering expanding the Town Clerk's office hours to accommodate those residents that work during normal business hours including providing marriage licenses and passport services by appointment.
There were claims made that there were difficulties between the former clerk's office and the town office. How will you improve relations between these two entities, if elected?
Every person brings their own skills and background to a position and I will do my best to be an asset to the citizens of Lysander and the town board. I look forward to working with the town board, as well as with other department members within the town office, and will welcome any guidance and support they provide to me.
