Oneida Police blotter

A 16-year-old make of Durhamville was charged Sept. 23 with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. He is alleged to have possessed metal knuckles. He was charged after police responded to a report of a large group and possible fight about to occur at Allen Park at 2:45 a.m., police arrived and dispersed the group prior to any fight.

Correne G. Sawyer-Plato, 51, of Peterboro Street, Munnsville was charged Sept. 23 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree. She will appear Oct. 2.

Sept. 24

Susan L. Gates, 51, of North Main Street, Munnsville, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. She will appear Oct. 9.

Stephanie A. Janes, 17, of Park Avenue, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket Sept. 24 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 9 to answer a charge of unlawful possession of marihuana.

Sept. 25

Terrell S. Todd, 21, of North Main Street, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 25 to answer a charge of violating the noise ordinance.

Martin O. Pope, 20, of Linden Street, Oneida, was charged Sept. 25 with criminal trespass in the second degree. He will answer the charge in Oneida City Court.

Michael J. Anthony, 55, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was charged Sept. 25 with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $250 to appear Oct. 2.

Sept. 26

Joshua L. Joslyn, 24, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons Sept. 26 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 16 to answer a charge of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He is alleged to have recklessly damaged another person's car by fighting with another person and slamming that person into the vehicle.
