Sept. 11

Jeremy Perry, 21, of Main Street, Munnsville, was arrested Sept. 11 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a forgery in the second degree charge. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail to appear Sept. 18.

Sept. 15

Rodney C. Ortman, 41, of North Main Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 15 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree. He will appear Oct. 9 in Oneida City Court.

Sept. 16

Travis Kozak, 19, of Turin Road, Rome, was issued an appearance ticket Sept. 16 for unlawful possession of marihuana. He will appear Sept. 25.

Sept. 17

John A. Ferraro, 32, of Pine Ridge Road, Canastota, was charged Sept. 17 with driving while intoxicated, operating with .08 of 1 percent or more of alcohol and speed in zone. He will appear Sept. 25.

John W. Burgdoff, 47, Farrier Avenue, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons Sept. 17 appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 18 to answer a charge of harassment in the second degree.

Susan M. Chesebro, 20, of Liberty Street, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons Sept. 17 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 25 to answer two separate counts of harassment in the second degree.

Sept. 21

Mark Pudiak, 48, of McDonald Avenue, Binghamton, was arrested Sept. 21 on a charge of petit larceny. Pudiak is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Price Chopper. He was arraigned and released on $500 bail to appear Oct. 2. New York State Police Thrower Division assisted with this arrest.

Nicholas A. Christman, 25, Scononda Street, Oneida, was arrested Sept. 21 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear as directed and complete community service hours on a petit larceny charge. He was arraigned on the charge.

Sept. 23

Robert S. Powls Jr., 34, of Route 12, Lowesville, was charged Sept. 23 with unlicensed operation, operating with a suspended registration and no TMT permit. He will appear Oct. 2.
