Connective Corridor spurs new joint

New full service restaurant is open across from Syracuse Stage:

Dolce Vita enters an anchor block of the Syracuse University's Connective Corridor to downtown with World Infused Cuisine, inexpensive draft beer. Service is reported to be in an old world European style.

It is staged in an interactive building right across from Syracuse Stage, at 907 East Genesee Street.

Dolce Vita, literally "the sweet life," is a world bistro, that matches American staples with different dishes from around the globe. The food is fresh and Dolce Vita offers a lightning fast lunch buffet for people on a lunch hour.

There are also affordable offerings for students. La Dolce Vita is also full of TV's and there is a stage for live music and comedy. Best of all -- they are only playing the music that customers bring in! Dolce Vita - Where everyone can DJ.

Across from Syracuse Stage, it is open late. When their kitchen closes, Franco's Pizza, a community stalwart for over a decade next door, is still serving until 3a.m.
