B'ville: 'Mothers of Multiples' provides special dinner

Continuing a tradition they renewed last year, Baldwinsville's Mothers of Multiples provided the guest families at the Ronald McDonald House of Central New York with a scrumptious Friday night dinner, complete with several dessert choices. In addition to their wonderful dinner fare, the group generously donated several items from the house's wish list.

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of CNY operates the 16-bedroom CNY Ronald McDonald House 24-hours a day, year-round as a "home away from home" for families whose children are hospitalized with serious illnesses or injuries. RMHC of CNY is planning to build a new, larger Ronald McDonald House that will allow the organization to help keep even more families with seriously ill children together.

The charity also funds the outpatient Child Life Play Areas at The Center for Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders at University Hospital and issues mini-grants to help support 501c3 charities meeting the needs of children.
