Palmer students plant flowers

To celebrate Earth Day, students in Jillian Reeves' first-grade class and Suzanne Gianquitti's fifth-grade class at Palmer Elementary School worked together to plant flowers in front of the school's sign. The classes are learning buddies and have been working collaboratively this year on several projects including learning about what they can do to preserve the environment, such as composting and planting.
