Pancake breakfast part of Maple Weekend

The Madison-Oneida BOCES Conservation club will hold its annual pancake/french toast breakfast on Saturday March 28. The breakfast will be held in the courtyard of the Rossetti Education Center on the Verona campus from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Menu will be feature pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries and beverages. The cost is $6 for adults, $4 for children and under five free. Tours of the Maple Syrup Production Process will be given by students in the Conservation log Cabin located behind the Rossetti Center. Proceeds form the breakfast will be used to support the Conservation Club College Scholarship fund.

Open to the public.
