Emily Dobmeier, a senior at Baker High School, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Onondaga County Music Educators' Association. She is one of only three recipients of this scholarship in Onondaga County.
Scholarships are awarded each year to seniors who will be majoring in music, music education or other music-related fields at the college level.
