Quilted connections

More than 400 art pieces were featured in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (SEAS) preschool's second annual art show, which was held Feb. 26. Of the 99 students who attend the school, each had a few pieces displayed. More than 200 attendants including family and friends browsed the children's sculptures and artwork during the show. Prior to the art show, each family was given a piece of tagboard to decorate as they pleased with their family surname. The completed pieces were then connected into a SEAS preschool family quilt, which was put on display at the art show. The families, especially the children, really enjoyed looking at the quilt and trying to find their family's piece. (From left) Mikayla Avery, Larissa MacDonald, Elizabeth McNutt and Olivia Sematoske search for their family names on the SEAS family quilt.
