History camp for kids

Take a trip back two centuries with Shacksboro Summer Days.

Registration is now open for the annual McHarrie's Legacy program designed for children ages 9 to 14 years old.

Activities will include encounters with Baldwinsville's founding mothers and fathers, participation in local field trips, making colonial crafts, collecting and designing a schoolhouse natural science exhibit, and playing old-time games. The day camp will be held in the Museum at the Shacksboro Schoolhouse from 9 to 11:30 a.m. July 7 to 9 at 46 Canton St. in McHarrie Park. Registration deadline is July 3.
