B'ville: Let the games begin

McNamara Elementary School held its annual Winter Olympics on Feb. 6 to introduce students to opportunities for physical activity that they can do in cold weather and to promote the healthy benefits of staying physically active all year round. Under the direction of staff members and parent volunteers, students practiced hockey skills, jumped roped, created human dog sled teams, held relay races and played games in the snow.
