Be Our Guest'

Chip, the teacup, played by Julia Goodwin, (fifth grader at Reynolds Elementary) and Mrs. Potts, the teapot, played by senior Alaina Sawyer are two of the enchanted characters in the production "Beauty and The Beast" being presented at Baker High School. Marsha Plucinik and her assistant, Emma Plucinik, are managing the elaborate costumes and a team of volunteer parents will help with dressing the cast. Beauty and The Beast opens at 7:30 p.m. Thursday Feb. 5 with additional performances at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday Feb. 6 and 7 and a 1 p.m. matinee Feb. 7. Tickets are $10, $8 and $7 by reservation (call 638-6039) and at the door. Enjoy the musical numbers of "Be Our Guest," "Gaston," "A Change in Me," "Human Again," "Something There" and "If I Can't Love Her" performed live on the Baker stage. Colin Keating is the executive producer of the musical and choral director at Baker High School.
