Happy Hanukkah from the JCC in DeWitt

The Jewish Community Center in DeWitt hosted a community menorah lighting just before sundown today to welcome the first day of Hanukkah.

Rabbi Evan Shore of Shaarei Tora Orthodox Congregation of Syracuse led the lighting alongside children from the JCC's after school program and the Syracuse Hebrew Day School.

The JCC will continue to light the Menorah each evening at 3:45 p.m. during the weekdays only through Friday Dec. 18.
