Already in the week, J-D had shaken off its Tip-Off Tournament defeat to Fayetteville-Manlius by going to Fowler and crushing the Falcons 63-17.
With a 14-4 advantage, the Red Rams erased any doubts by holding Fowler to a single free throw in the second quarter. Fowler did not get into double digits until the fourth quarter, by which time the J-D starters were on the bench.
