Organizers of the second annual Baldwinsville Oktoberfest are now seeking vendors for the three-day event, which will be held Oct. 9, 10 and 11.
While German-themed activities and foods are preferred, all vendors are welcome to rent a booth and join in the festivities including both profits and not-for-profits.
"This is a great event to be involved with in the Baldwinsville Community," said Lee Wilder, executive director of the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce.
According to organizers, this year's event will be bigger with more space for the children's Kinder-Garden area, as well as more vendors, German music and food. There will also be an even larger tent this year.
If you are interested in being a vendor at this event, contact the Chamber Office at 638-0550 or view the application on-line at baldwinsvillechamber.com.
"It is a first come first serve basis, so don't hesitate," Wilder said.
Applications and booth fees are due by Sept. 4 and can be mailed to Rhonda Raper, Alliance Bank, 8260 Willett Parkway, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. All vendors must submit a certificate of insurance naming Greater Baldwinsville Community Benefit Fund, Inc. and the village of Baldwinsville as additionally insured. Food vendors are also responsible for obtaining their health permit from the county of Onondaga.
