A look at the farms serving the county
Alambria Springs Farm is a locally supported diversified vegetable and livestock farm located in Lebanon NY. We are committed to standards and quality that go beyond the "organic" label by respecting the land and its intricate and diverse living systems. We are participating in the "Open Farm Day" for farm tours and tours of our off-grid timber-framed straw bale home. We will have produce available for sale.
Ben and Judy's Sugar House is a full-service sugarhouse offering maple syrup, cream, candy, jelly, and other maple products.
BMR Acres is a family run farm located in Canastota, in the Town of Sullivan featuring alpacas, baby doll sheep and silky chickens. Their on-site country farm store specializes in alpaca products and other locally made products. Feed and pet the animals, watch as fiber is spun into yarn, try your hand at felting, learn about animal reiki and visit with other local vendors and artisans. There will also be a debut of 'A Paca Dreams' cria Abigail Rose.
