Michael C. Barker of 19 E. Main St., Earlville, stated that he got into a verbal dispute with his girlfriend Katie Carr, 18, residing at the same address, who he has a child with. He stated that he went to put his hand over her mouth to quiet her down and she bit down drawing blood. Barker stated that the landlord had advised them that there would be no more yelling or he would kick them out. Barker state that he called 911 to get her to stop screaming. He refused medical attention and no criminal charges taken. A DIR was issued.
Julie Madison of Rouses Road, Fenner, stated that she went o pick up her son form driver's education in Canastota and when she returned her mailbox had been tipped over. There were no signs of vehicle tracks other than the tracks that the mail carrier had left from mail delivery. She stated that earlier this month a three-wheeler was taken from their property. The person that stole the three-wheeler was arrested. She stated that a neighbor may be related to the person arrested and did this for revenge. Officer Eric Howard interviewed two teenage boys who lied across the street who stated that they didn't see or hear anything. There was no physical damage to the mailbox.
Dana Camp of 4126 Camp Road, Madison, reported that between 8 p.m. and noon someone threw a beer bottle and smashed his insulated shirting that covers the lower section to his double wide trailer. He stated that he has no enemies and has no idea who would have done such a senseless thing. He further reported that he spoke with his neighbor who didn't see or hear anything regarding the incident. He lastly requested that extra patrol be posted in the area when possible because of the increase of traffic from Oriskany Falls and Madison.
