B'ville: Take off with HighPoint this fall

Community Wesleyan Church invites all children in Kindergarten through fifth grade to our new Wednesday night children's program, HighPoint. HighPoint will be held from 7 to 8:15 p.m. Sept. 16 and will continue with weekly adventures throughout the school year.

During the year, kids will "travel" to various locations all around the globe learning important Biblical character lessons. HighPoint will kick off the year in Germany as the children learn the importance of developing confidence that is based on God's opinion of them. The main point the kids will walk away with in the first unit is that they can do everything God wants them to do. Other locations to visit include Antarctica (theme: good anger, bad anger), Jamaica (theme: joy), Turkey (theme: faithfulness) and Japan (theme: responsibility). There will also be several special event nights including an AutumnFest, "Christmas Around the World" party, a beach party and a talent show.

HighPoint is free of charge (no dues, uniforms or fees required) and is open to all. Come and make new friends, learn important Biblical lessons and have fun.
