B'ville students obtain real world experience

Tiffany Flaherty, an eighth-grader at Durgee Junior High School, answers questions from Richard DeLisle, director of curriculum and instruction, grades K through 7, during a mock interview. All eighth-graders in the Baldwinsville Central School District participated in the interview process as part of career planning, which begins with students' determining their aptitudes and interests and researching how they can be applied to a possible future career. Students learned how to fill out application forms, answer interview questions, write thank you letters and dress for an interview.
