Suspect in Brewerton shooting comes forward

Dustin Hall,21, of 3325 Burnet Avenue, Apartment #4, has turned himself into the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office.

Hall, is believed to have been the person responsible for shooting Adam Davis,30, of Central Square and Craig Wells,25, of Salina, on April 4, and has been charged with two counts of assault in the 1st degree and two counts of criminal use of a firearm in the 1st degree.

Sheriff's detectives investigating the incident report that a dispute ensued between Joshua Lannie,20, of 5452 Library Street, and both Davis and Wells when Hall is alleged to have pulled a 9 mm handgun and fired several shots.

During the course of the investigation, detectives recovered four handguns including the 9 mm handgun believed to be used the morning of the incident.

Hall is expected to be arraigned in the Town of Cicero Court sometime this evening. Lannie remains incarcerated at the Onondaga County Justice Center with bail set in the amount of $50,000 cash or bond.
