Jennifer Clayton (Suffern) won with a leap of 20 feet 6 1/4 inches. As for Bernstein, the senior ran in the 200-meter dash, taking 10th in a time of 22.37 seconds during qualifying heats and missing the finals by just two-tenths of a second. Finally, Thompson ran in Saturday’s 3,000-meter steeplechase, and the sophomore finished ninth among Division I runners (14th overall) with a time of 9:50.33. Michael Kiley (Chaminade) won in 9:13.92.
