Aumell said as the father of three children ages 4, 2 and 8 months, it was difficult to try this case.
"It was very difficult emotionally, but you have to try and distance yourself from how you feel and concentrate on presenting the evidence," Aumell said.
Snow was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to Madison County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or bond, where he remained throughout the trial. The conviction carries a sentence of five to 25 years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 21 and is being held without bail.
