Catalyst Renewables, a Dallas-based energy development company specializing in environmentally responsible power production, will officially open its Syracuse offices with a major announcement on a new project that it hopes will challenge the decades-old fossil-fuel model for energy production and utilization. The company will also introduce its TreeSource Solutions division as part of that initiative. The announcement on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. outside their offices at 120 Walton Street in Armory Square will be followed by a reception.
"We believe that we're on the cusp of a new era in energy development--one that will offer energy security, environmental benefits and economic development for this region," said Eric Spomer, president of Catalyst Renewables. "We're looking forward to publicly announcing the exciting things we're hoping to accomplish here, and we think that when people hear about what these initiatives can mean for the future of energy production here, they're going to be very interested in learning more."
