New coach leads Warriors to fast start

Deciding the matter early, Liverpool had a 2-0 lead by halftime, something the defense was not going to surrender, even though Sara Rothschild scored late for the Hornets.

Meanwhile, Racines had a part in everything, scoring one goal and assisting on the other two as Liadka and Flood both got goals of their own. Kim Murphy earned the assist on Racines' tally.

Without any time to rest or think about it, Liverpool has to go face Baldwinsville Tuesday night, their first encounter since Liverpool beat the Bees in last year's Class AA semifinal. And on Saturday, the Warriors get to see CNS in a noon kickoff at Archie Hall Stadium.
