Harbor Lights fire likely caused by lightning

Smith said a neighbor reported hearing a lightning strike so loud, "it sounded like it was right in front of him."

The western half of a two-unit townhome suffered extensive fire damage in the attic, and lower levels sustained water and smoke damage in the blaze. The attached home suffered some damage to second-floor trusses, but the firewall between the two units otherwise worked very well in slowing the spread of flames.
