Students spread Christmas cheer

Every year at Christmas time, students at Holy Cross School complete a service project to benefit families in need. This season, the children collected presents for eight "adopted" families who belong to their sister school in Syracuse, the Cathedral Academy at Pompei (CAP).

Each class focused on one family to help in this season of giving and hope. The outcome was a generous outpouring of giving, including clothes, toys and gift cards for groceries. Additionally, prepackaged snacks were donated to the school for children involved in after school projects.

Roseann Sunser and Linda Marris, both teachers at Holy Cross School, delivered the presents.
