B'ville Timber Tree expands to offer garden center

The weather is warming. The leaves are returning to trees. It's time to get your garden under control and Timber Trees latest addition has just what you are looking for.

Stan and Cheryl Dombrowski's Timber Trees Garden Center not only boasts the traditional landscaping needs such as hanging baskets, perennials, annuals, vegetable plants, indoor house tropical plants and other indoor plants. It will also have a southwestern feel to it offering pottery, blankets and furnishings.

"This is a unique garden center with a southwestern flare," said manager Wendy Graham.

In addition to the flowers, a variety of potting and garden soils, bulk mulch, bulk topsoil, wood and rough cut lumber will also be available, with services to lay the mulch. As an added bonus, the garden center will sell fresh fruits and vegetables.

Timber Tree offers full landscaping, along with services for ponds, sidewalks and shrubbery. Samples of the ponds, sidewalks and shrubbery are on hand for interested customers to take a look at.

The Dombrowskis also plan to open a greenhouse in the near future.

The garden center is offering a Mother's Day special, two for $25 on all 10-inch hanging baskets. The grand opening for the Garden Center that is located at the corner of Church Road and 690 (Route 48) is at 10 a.m. this Saturday May 3. The facility will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with extended hours during the busy seasons.
