Minoa Days Festival at Lewis Park

The village of Minoa is having a full day of fun for the whole family from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday July 14 at Lewis Park. There will be village-wide garage sales, games and live entertainment, food and beverages, exhibits and much more. Fireworks will go off at dusk!

Up until last year "Minoa Days" was called "Here's to Old Minoa Day's" which began more than a decade ago by village residence's John Curtis and Bob Kinsella. The name came from the old Minoa's high school theme song.

The new name celebrates the village as the new Minoa - both its present and its future, while still remembering its roots of days gone by.
