Town of Sullivan Dep. Supervisor Bill Cole said housing development projects are well underway, with construction in its advanced stages at Poolsbrooke and planning moving along with Harbor View at Fisher Bay.
"Harbor Lights [Lakeport] has its first building up," Cole said. "The Mastriano project at Fisher Bay will be coming up, as well. Poolsbrooke already is quite advanced.
Cole said in addition to development, the town has had numerous infrastructure improvements to coordinate this year.
"We've done a lot of sewer districts this year," Cole said. "Two were completed, and three are in process."
The town also helped residents form several water districts and complete several others this year.
The Chamber and Rotary also gave a snapshot of their activity.
Harold Oot reported that Chamber activities include planning for the March 24 business expo, holding a joint meeting with the Bridgeport-Lakeport Civic Organization last year, publishing a new map of the town of Sullivan, and making donations to the Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum, the Chittenango Rotary Club, the village, the L. Frank Baum/Oz Foundation and Dollars for Scholars.
"We're also planning to expand the banner program for 2007," Oot said.
