Lumbrazo said the light on the flagpole at New Boston and Main streets is not working again.
A sidewalk permit was submitted to replace 100-foot of sidewalk at 133 Chapel St.

"They are marked," Rouse said. "They will be replaced when the weather breaks."

Rouse read Chris Patane's maintenance plan for landscaping improvements in Clark Park and the overpass area. The plan costs $4,852.

The board approved Historian David Sadler's request to attend the state Associations of Public Historians spring conference May 1 in Utica at a cost of $35.
The board approved the clerk/treasurer to issue payment to the village of Clinton in the amount of $8,000 from the sewer capital fund for the purchase of a heat exchanger and generator.
The board approved OCWA's credit of $450 to Gary Heffron for a water leak at his property at 107-109 Barlow St.
